Boys to Men is a non-profit youth organization founded by Alvin Arrington in 2016. Alvin witnessed first hand the damaging effects of drug infested communities, gang activity, and little to no guidance for the youth in a lot of areas. More than 75% of communities we dedicate  our service are in LMI communities because we decided to take a stand and make a difference.

His goal is to mentor young men and make a positive impact in their lives. The purpose of Boys 2 Men is to end the violent explosions that run rampant in our communities today. He would like to see these young men one day lay their own strong foundation so they may build and create better opportunities for others.
